Misty is a wife, mother to a beautiful daughter, full-time Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor, & Business & Mindset Coach with 7+ years of experience in real estate investing. She has wholesaled 20+ deals, completed a handful of flips, & has a new construction/development portfolio of 30+ completed units with 18 more currently in progress.
Misty has carved her own path in a male dominated industry & is extremely passionate about helping other women utilize their skillsets & emotions as their superpowers to create lives & businesses filled with passion, positivity, & purpose. Misty has coached & mentored almost 200 female investors & entrepreneurs since 2020 & loves supporting women in discovering themselves, the businesses & VALUE they want to share with the world, & helping them shine their light as bright as possible to be able to help others while building lives & businesses they love & are proud of.
Along with co-founding & now solely managing the HER Mindset Matters REI Group, she is a Managing Partner in Guideway Investment Partners LLC & Elevated Development LLC. She is founder of the Master Your Mindset Community & Mastermind for female entrepreneurs & also a co-founder of the Houston – Women’s Real Estate Investor Alliance (WREIA).
